Alli is the only FDA approved over-the- counter weight-loss aid Alli will cost around $35 and can be bought online. But does Alli work, is Alli safe, does Alli have side effects ? Yes, yes and yes Alli works Alli does have side effects and heres my review.

I’ve been using Alli now since the middle of November, and I’ve lost 12 pounds, on schedule with the promised 1-2 pounds of safe weight loss per week. They have a very robust online support site for people who purchase the pills and it provides useful tracking of weight loss and encouragement in more ways than I can use. The treatment effects that you read about are what keeps people honest with Alli and essentially make it work If you eat a bunch of fatty & greasy foods, then you will have more oils (or fat) in your stool because there was more fat for Alli to block (demonstrating that it is working).

ALLI WARNINGS AND SIDE EFFECTS

Don’t use Alli if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take a multi vitamin daily while taking Alli, you can expect  loose or more frequent stools, an urgent need to go to the bathroom, or gas with an oily discharge.
