The Cookie Diet Review
This diet does work but there are a few issues with it. I tried it just to lose about 8 pounds that I needed to lose to meet a requirement. I would never have tried it but I had to lose weight quickly. First off if your actually thinking of trying this you have to know that this is NOT a diet that anyone can actually stick with. This should be used for a quick very small weight loss goal, I would say 10 pounds or less. You can have some dramatic weight loss but the Dr.Siegal Cookie Diet has it’s good and bad parts.
Pro’s of the Cookie Diet
1. Fiber & Protein, that basically all your getting.
2. Low calorie
3. They are cookies, how bad can they be.
4. Quick loss, if you follow the plan.
Con’s of the Cookie Diet
1. Cost! the price is ridiculous 12 cookies for $20.00 come on who are you kidding? They are a rip-off!
2. Sustainability. There is no way that this is going to teach you how to change your eating habits and you can’t follow this diet forever it’s a fad.
3. Taste… There not that bad but they do kinda taste like an old stale grandmas cookie.
4. Variety.. You only have a few kinds to choose from making the sustainability factor that much worse.
5. Did I mention price? Seriously they are a Rip-Off!! They should be at the $5.00 a box range but since this is a “Weight Loss” product they get the people that are looking for any easy solution.
My recommendation is if you need a very small quick loss in a very short time you might want to try this. However if you are looking for something that is going to tackle a serious weight issue seek a dietitian not this, the Cookie Diet works but it’s not for everyone.
