I recommend you use it as a pre workout and after workout supplement because it can quickly put the needed nutrients back into your system. It has no taste so it is manufactured in various flavors.Whey protein contains all the amino acids you’ll need to grow and recover making it a complete form of protein. Since whey is a protein, it has no side effects, it is the best protein you can take and I do recommend it for any one serious about fitness.
Soy Protein contains a higher concentration of protein per weight than whey protein does. But it is not taste less so you might not like the taste of soy so it is usually made with fruit flavors to mask the bad taste. Good stuff but taste can be an issue with many.
