LETS WORK OUR ABS FITNESS TIPS
Lets work on our abs, a great set of abs can turn heads and are very hard to achieve. Diet is very important when building you stomach as well as the following exercise.

Use A Bosu To Build Abs
With both feet flat on the floor, about shoulder width apart, place the small of your back around half-way between the top and the bottom of the BOSU. For this exercise, rest both hands your thighs.
Concentrate on your abs, (always think about the muscle group your training) now pull your body up and pushing your hands past your knees. Think about pulling with your abs, try not to use your arms or shoulders. Do this crunch exercise slowly and focus on working the abs.
Extra:
Make this ab crunch harder by putting the small of your back on the top of the BOSU and hands behind your head, hold this position for a few seconds.
