Build Your Arms With Curls

Building a great set of arms is very easy, if your willing to work hard you can have some arms that really stand out. One of my favourite arm exercises is the bicep curl. But doing a correct curl can be tricky, I see so many people cheat them selves with lousy form when doing bicep curls. Here’s the right way to do a curl.

First stand with your feet at shoulder width slightly bend your knees, do not lock your knees. Your abmuscles should be tight, so squeeze them together. Now grip a dumbbell in each hand, don’t go too heavy this will only cause you to you bad form and take away from your biceps, do not swing the weight.  Next lock your elbows against the side of your body and hold the dumbbells at the front of your thigh. Breathing is very important on the way up you want to breath as you curl both dumbbells towards to your shoulders.

Next finish the bicep curl by breathing out as you lower the weights down directly in front of your thighs, concentrate on the biceps. Visualize the muscle growing.This completes one rep, do 10 to 12 reps and I try and do at least 3 sets. The bicep curl is a great way for women to add shape and form to there arms. Do the exercise the right way and you’ll see the desired results in no time.
