When it comes to fitness and getting your butt into a gym, many will have the good intentions, but many will fail to reach there goals. Daily life activities gets in the way and we give in. The job wants you to work late, the kids need to go to dance class, and the baby got sick. I’ll just go to the gym in the morning sounds good but when it’s time to rise before dawn it doesn’t happen.

Before you quit your workout before it even pays off maybe you should hire a certified personal trainer! A personal trainer can customize a workout plan just for you, personal trainers can motivate, and teach you how to overcome life’s little distractions. I decided to create a list on why you need a personal trainer.

You should hire a personal trainer because they will:

1. Hold you accountable for missing your scheduled workout. If you have paid good money and made a commitment to meet your personal trainer, chances are much better that will not miss your gym time.

2. A personal trainers job is to get you motivated. Having your trainer remind you of the proper form and track the results from your workouts can inspire you to stick with your fitness plan, and when you see some changes you will want to change even more.

3. A personal trainer can adjust your workouts as you develop strength and endurance. You don’t need to know what exercises you should be doing your personal trainer will take care of all of that, and develop a customized workout plan just for you.

4. A personal trainer picks out the appropriate weight that you should be lifting. This will allow you to stay injury free, and help you achieve maximum results based on your level of fitness.

5. A personal trainer sets realistic and attainable fitness goals. We live in a world of now or never, causing us to set goals that just aren’t realistic. A personal trainer will help you set goals that you can achieve, realistic goals that are more than attainable.

6. A personal trainer teaches you the little things, they answer questions that you may think sound stupid, but in reality are very good questions. If you never worked out you may not know how to adjust the bench, or put the cables on a certain machine that you would use if you only knew how.

BURNING FAT AND THE METABOLISM WHAT YOU DIDNT KNOW

Ask any personal trainer what type of exercises burn fat and speed up metabolism and they’ll all probably tell you the same thing. Most trainers will tell you that you need to do 20 to 50 minutes of aerobic exercise three to five times per week. But is there a better way to lose weight and get fit ?

Most personal trainers think on the same page. We do know that if you raise your heart rate and keep that heart rate for 20 minutes or so, for a few days a week you can lose weight and speed up your metabolism. But treadmills and aerobic exercises can actually hinder you fat burning. Long exercises, with little to low intensity call upon your stored body fat for added energy during these workout sessions. I know this sounds good, this in reality can cause your body to create more body fat in reserve after the workout is over, this gives your body energy to get through your day, it happens automatically, you have no control of this .

The truth is you should be challenging your body to increase its capacity, if you can make your body stronger it will be more likely be able to deal with stress. But how do you do this ? The fastest and easiest way to speed up your metabolism, and burn more fat is to add lean muscle to your body through a resistance training program, and that is a fact. Most people want to see real results in the shortest time possible. When you add lean muscle to your body’s frame you can then make your body burn weight in record times!

I teach my clients that the body’s repair and growth process will call upon your stored body fat for energy. This calorie deficit combined with the muscle repair and growth process will allow your body to burn fat all day long, every day. You’ll even get these fat burning benefits when you’re sitting around the house doing little to nothing at all.

I’ve created a workout program that teaches you many fat loss techniques, as well as strength and muscle gaining tips that can help speed up your metabolism, and help you get into the best shape of your life. I have over 15 years in fitness training and my training routines work. Let me teach you everything you need to lose weight, get fit and get that body you always wanted Myaudibletrainer works, learn more about it here.
