b. Many women find a low carbohydrate diet, hard to follow, since the food choices are reduced.
Low Calorie Diets Are Also Good: Low calorie diets are diets in which the calories from your food intake are restricted, most low calorie diets limit calories to 1200 or less per day.
The major pluses of low calorie diet, is that they help slow down the aging process, according to research and weight loss is achieved in quickly.

The Facts About The Diet: Weight watchers is the oldest weight-loss program, its past members love the encouragement they get at weekly weight loss meetings, which are held by former Weight Watchers clients who know the plan and offer great advise. Weight watchers works under a portion control point system: All foods are represented by points based on its portion size, amount of calories, fiber count, and fats, and no foods restrictions, you eat what foods you want.
