The reality is that great abs start with a plan, a specific plan that you stick to. And even though getting six pack abs won’t happen overnight they will happen if you eat right and do the right exercises, the exercises that hit your abs directly.

The first thing to getting a six pack,  is having the proper diet. Cut out all the junk in your diet. Throw away the high fat foods, the high in sugar foods, and stop eating foods loaded with salt. The quicker you change your eating habits the sooner you’ll have abs to die for. What you need to eat to get your abs to pop is fruits and vegetables, eat nuts, eat lots of lean chicken breast, and add some extra fibre to your diet. I hate my diet, but I love my abs, they are one of my best features, and your abs can be your best feature too.

You have to start eating more meals more often , try to eat at least 5 small meals a day. This will  speed up your metabolism, so your body isn’t just storing it’s fat, but burning through it. Also increase your protein intake, this will help repair and build up the muscle in your body.

Next if you really want  ripped abs use the proper workout plan. Everybody has abs. There just covered with an extra layer of fat. So we have to shed the fat to uncover those abs. One of the best ab exercises are leg raises, and crunches. If you have a bar that you can use, try doing low sets of leg raises. always try and make sure you bring your knees all the way up to your chest. As you get into better shape, increase your work out intensity and amount of reps and sets you do.
