REMOVE THE WRINKLES IN YOUR FACE WITH FACIAL YOGA

I know this may sound a little bit crazy but I want to talk about facial yoga, is there such a thing as facial yoga, absolutely, face yoga is of a series of face toning and strengthening exercises that caters to the muscles in a women’s face. Facial yoga exercises include tongue rolling and huge exaggerated yawning . Facial yoga may also consist of laughing a lot out loud and blowing sexy kisses in the air. When doing facial yoga, learning how to relax your face is a key component to doing proper facial yoga techniques.

Facial yoga exercises can vastly improve blood circulation, help with muscle relaxation and even relieve stress.

Let’s do a great facial yoga exercise, first clench your teeth together real tight, now you want to open up your lips as wide as possible. You want to stretch your lips as far as you can, do the same with your cheeks, as well as your chin and neck. Hold this stretch for as long as you can then release. And now repeat. This is a great yoga exercise to increase the blood flow in a women’s face. Repeat this exercise 3 times. On the last rep, hold the stretch for 30 to 60 seconds.

This facial yoga workout is designed to improve circulation in the women’s face, it also releases the tension in the jaw which tends to lead to wrinkles in a womens face.
