NO Xplode Review Why I dont Think Its Safe
My Client recently tried NO XPlode which is a pre workout supplement, it is sold everywhere and seems to be very popular if your trying to get some extra pump and energy before and during your work outs NO XPlode cost around $40 so I decided to have him do a review heres his NO XPlode review. NO XPlode does contain a huge amount of caffeine, and I’m assuming it’s this caffeine leval that gives you the energy. The first two weeks of use, my body had some issues after coming down off my rush at the gym. For instance, I didn’t take it on days I wasn’t training, and it would be on those days I would have some pretty bad headaches. And when I say bad, I mean bad. I’d also have these overwhelming feelings of depression now I can’t say for sure if NO XPlode was causing the depression but it all started around the same time.
I recommend you drink allot of water if your planning on trying NO XPlode you will need to drink at least 120 oz. of water a day. I started upping my water intake and did not notice anymore headaches, but this of course could be due to the fact my body was becoming a lot more tolerant at this point.
If your going to start using NO XPlode read the label welland all look at all the ingredients before using any product like this. NO XPlode uses some very dangerous levels of some ingredients, and lots of ingredients that in my opinion aren’t even needed to reach your work out goals. The amount of magnesium in this product is very high as much as 150mg of magnesium per scoop. That is 450mg if you use 3 scoops. This is way higher than what a normal adult should intake in a single day. There are plenty of alternative supplements out there that do not contain dangerously high levels of ingredients like maltodextrin and magnesium. Make sure you do your research before you purchase NO XPlode, my review of NO XPlode is that I would not recommend it to my clients, the risks out way the rewards.
