LOSE WEIGHT FASTER EVEN WHILE YOU SLEEP

Did you know that the more muscle your body has the more fat you’ll burn.  When it comes to losing weight lean muscle plays a big part in how your body will react . People that have more  more lean muscle tissue than those of us who don’t will have, an easier time shedding the pounds.  But how does adding muscle play a part in weight loss? And can getting enough sleep do the trick?

Here’s how it works, when we diet and lose weight,  75%  of the weight loss will be  fat and 25% of it will be muscle. Heres how to make that 99% fat, start a strength training program, your body will lose nearly all fat and hardly any muscle. Lean tissue derives 75 to 95% of its energy from body fat, so for every new pound of muscle you add to your body, you will burn roughly 30 extracalories per day. I like to keep my articles simple so in plain English terms The more lean tissue you have, the more  fat you will lose.

Let me break it down even more so you’ll understand how adding lean muscle will speed up your weight loss. If you and me weigh the same but my body consists of  10 lb’s of more muscle than yours does, I will burn 300 more calories in a day than you will,….. even while I sleep. That is why you need to add muscle to your body in order to lose more weight.

What people need to understand is diet alone is not enough, and if you do lose weight with your diet you would have lost more weight and would have lost it quicker had you added a strength program to your plan.
