Lets Lose Some Weight The Miss World Diet And Nutrition Plan
With the Miss World 2009 beauty pagent coming up, have you ever wondered how the women who participate look so skinny and stay so in shape. It’s all about the diet and nutrition the Miss World contestants live there life around. Today let’s talk about nutrition plans that can make you look like a beauty queen in your own home.
There are many diet and nutrition plans, some plans work well and some don’twork at all, finding the right one takes time, some women may go through 2o diets before they find the one that performs the way it was supposed too. Not all nutrition plans are healthy some are very unsafe. I am a personal trainer and I created the hit fitness product My Audible Trainer , and when I am training a women that want a game plan to either lose weight or gain weight ( yes some women actually do need to gain weight), my main goal is to design a nutritionial plan that helps each individual women reach her specific fitness goal in a safe, comfortable and healthy way.
The definition of a safe weight loss is a diet that loses between 1 to 2 pounds per week without the loss of any muscle. The best women’s fitness plans will cause you to lose the fat and keep the muscle. Women’s muscle is key to losing weight and getting fit, because the more muscle you have, the more energy and calories your body will burn, and in the end, that will be the determining factor in how much fat you will end up losing. I am not saying you need to build huge muscles, but toning up the muscles you have without losing them, will give you the body most women long for. I recomend your nutrition plan be built around protein, carbohydrates and fat. The women’s body actually needs a tiny amount of fat in it’s diet to function properly at all levels.
It’s true what you’ve heard all your life, the most important meal of the day is breakfast. The proper breakfast will be providing your body with the energy it needs after 8 hours of sleep without any food. Soon after eating breakfast your body will start burning calories to digest the food you just ate and the more calories your body burns the more body fat you will end up losing in the end. A dieting womens breakfast should consist of 1 serving of oatmeal or wheat cereal with skim milk and a glass of water, sounds like very little but it’s the best breakfast, and you’ll get used to it.
In between breakfast time and lunch time you need to eat a small snack, such as a piece of fresh fruit like an apple or orange with a glass of water. This will give you an energy boost and will also keep your body burning calories by digesting food. “Notice I say with water” water is very important and you need to consume enough of it, so start replacing what you normally drink with a tall glass of water, your body needs it.
When it’s lunchtime you will want to eat something light . I recommend 1 serving of tuna on lettuce and a sweet potato with (YES, a glass of water). For your 2 or 3 oclock snack, fat free cottage cheese with a tall glass of water is the best mid afternoon snack.
Now it’s dinner time, you are sure to love a small grilled or broiled skinless chicken breast, a healthy vegetable such as steamed broccoli and another tall glass of water. Once again I need to state that water is extremely important to a healthy nutrition plan so drink plenty of it. No juices or other liquids, only water, add lemon if you need to add a little flavor too it.
In this article I focused on nutrition. During my 15 years as a professional personal trainer I have noticed that the proper nutrition plan always gives my clients their biggest obstacles, and causes the failure of 85% of diets to fail. Of course, eating right is only 1 part of your program. Diet and a good cardio routine is needed to burn more fat, and to lose weight. Your fitness plan should consist of muscle toning 3 days a week to insure the body stays tight and firm as it loses all that fat, we don’t want any sagging skin, we want tight firm rock hard muscles and this is the best diet and routine to achieve it.
Now that I have given you some ideas on how to design the nutritional part of your fitness program, you are ready to go to the grocery store, stock up on the best foods and begin your training.
