How To Achieve All Your New Years Resolution Goals
New Year’s resolutions sound great, but how do you stick to your plan and achieve all your goals? A weight loss goal, is a popular resolution, but how man women really succeed at losing all the weight they vowed to shed ?. This year 911-fitness will concentrate on helping women everywhere meet there resolution goals, we’veput together some expert tips to help you achieve all your goals. success
A good new years resolution comes with a game plan, just winging it never works!!
First off be specific, instead of setting such a broad goal such as losing weight, set a specific goal, such as ‘I want to lose weight and I plan to do it through running three times a week and cutting out all the fried foods in my diet’. Women who have lost weight in the past had specific goals and were 6 times more successful than women who didn’t. Always write your goals down, and any smaller wants and needs within your goal, writing down goals will help you to define them.
Another good thing to consider, is your goal relevant to your bigger picture goals? Does it fit with your long term plan? Meaning if you do lose 20 pounds do you plan on keeping it off with a regular fitness routine and healthy diet. Losing weight is one thing, keeping it off is the hard part.
And finally make sure your resolution has a deadline, and that you have set time lines for each step within your main objective. For example,” I’ll be able to run around the block 3 times by by February 1 st “.

Now you will need to make a solid commitment to go to one exercise class a week, such as Zumba dancing, yoga or kick boxing classes. Once you find a cardio class that you enjoy, and that is not too intimidating for you, you’ll make new friends and you’ll soon be disappointed if you can’t go to your exercise classes. Having friends with similar goals helps acheive your resolutions. If family, friends and work colleagues are aware of your goals, they’re much more likely to be supportive and to encourage you to stay on track when if your ever you’re struggling to meet your goals.
