Many women think that ab machines cause weight loss and will make your gut disappear. I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years and I’m here to tell you ab machines will not make your stomach any smaller.The fact is that ab machines will only strengthen your stomach muscles, that’s all they are designed to do.
