IM ALLWAYS SOAR AFTER I WORKOUT IS THIS NORMAL
Many people ask me if it’s normal to be soar after every workout, and the answers is yes and no,(sorry) but it’s not so simple. First are you sore or are you injured, when we work out wear tear down our muscles and they regrow when we sleep, which is why rest is so important. But some trainers don’t always listen and they push the trainees to hard or just aren’t sensitive to there age and current physical condition.
Some things that can aid in your recovery are glutamine and creatine both supplements will aid in your recovery recovery and should be part of your diet. Another thing you can try is Drinking a sugary drink immediately after your workout this will help with cortisol flushing. Be sure you stretch thoroughly at the end of every workout, active stretching is good before you workout, but static stretching (being still and holding) is good for after a workout. And always drink plenty of water and try to keep warm after your workouts, warm showers can help this.
Remember there’s is a difference between pain and injury. Some people don’t feel that they worked out hard enough if there not soar when there done. This is not the case and every ones body is different. If you have any tips for our readers please leave a comment we will post it.
