Every man looks good with broad shoulders, they give your body a V shape and make your waste look smaller. Broad shoulders may be the one body building exercise most neglected next to the legs. The Overhead Presses
Making overhead presses a staple of your weight training routine should be your priority overhead presses will supercharge your shoulder muscles and enable you to get bigger shoulders.
