New Years Day is almost here, yes that means millions of people will make there resolutions and millions will fail to meet there goals. What are the top new years resolutions ?

The # 1 goal for all Americans this new years is to lose weight and get in shape, unless you make a plan to get fit, you’re never going to be fit, ever!!

# 2. Resolution is to learn how to create and stick to a budget, the good news is that most people find the longer they can stick to a budget, the easier it becomes.

# 3. Resolution is to reduce debt, Once you know what your money is being spent on, then, and only then, can you take the steps needed to prepare a good budget that you can live with and make huge strides to reducing your debt.

# 4. Resolution is to Enjoy More Quality Time with Family & Friends, in order to achieve this goal you may need to reschedule all of your normal activities, and set aside an hour a day for the family, every day. But if you can meet this goal, your life will be so much better, family is the world, without it I would be lost!!

# 5. Resolution is to find a soul mate, soul mate relationships are the sort of romantic relationships most of us only dream of, finding a committed and inspiring and relationship may be the hardest of all resolutions, but by far can be the most rewarding.

# 6. Resolution is to quit smoking, quiting smoking benefits your health, relationships, finances, and the environment, you can quit, it takes work and determination, but millions of people have quit smoking and you can too.

# 7. Resolution is to find a better job, are you in the wrong career ? To answer that you may need to examine whether your current career path matches your values, needs and skills. Resolve to ask and answer those essential questions before making any new career changes. In today’s economy it may be best to be glad you have a job, millions don’t so thread lightly when deciding to quit your currant job.

# 8. Resolution is to learn something new, Perhaps you are considering a career change, want to learn a new language or musical instrument, or just how to become a better cook? Whether you take a course or read a book, you’ll find education to be one of the easiest, most motivating and beneficial resolutions to keep.

# 9. Resolution is to commit to helping others, A popular, non-selfish New Year’s resolution, volunteerism can take many forms such as spending time helping out at your local library, mentoring a child, or building a house to name a few.
